To evaluate different methods more objectively, CellCom offers two evaluation programs. By integrating overlapping interactions shared by multiple tools and defining them as positive samples, CellCom can evaluate different methods from the perspective of accuracy, robustness, and overall performance.

To show the specificity of a method and the overlap between significant results, the Jaccard coefficient is calculated and the upset plot is generated to display the similarities and differences between different methods.
