TargetFinder is a pipeline for identifying and characterizing the gene targets of distal enhancers. TargetFinder can be used to Quickly screen new functional genomics datasets for relevance to looping interactions. Identify under-studied proteins and epigenetic modifications that interact with known looping factors to greatly reduce false positive predictions.
